I used to lucid dream quite often when I was a teenager. Lucid dreaming is when
you are in a dream, then become aware that you are dreaming, and because you
are aware that you are dreaming you can start to control your dreams. Every
once in a while I am dreaming and start to become lucid, but immediately lose
my lucidity. More often than not, I cannot even remember my dreams, so even
if I were to become lucid I would not even remember what happened. Recently
though I started a lucid dream which made me want to start working towards having
them again, so I downloaded How To Master Lucid Dreaming
which was free with my trial Amazon Kindle Unlimited account.
